The rooms are spacious and have clean bathrooms, and having a pool view was a pleasant surprise!

\the staff were ery friendly. Although no one apologised for the very disruptive nights sleep. The fire alarm went off 3 times during the night and my partner had to get dressed and see if it was a false alarm. It was a false alarm 3 times and the water sprinklers also went off and all the corridors were soaked with water. Yuck - this spoilt our stay.

The building is big, the room is absolutely fantastic.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a room that is comfy and looks after 🏊‍♂️ the pool.

The room have had ants, moskitos and cockroaches.

Our stay was very comfortable, liked marvellous breakfasts.

the food was great and the staff were consistently courteous and superfriendly. had functional triple room with bottled water provided, the bathroom plus fridge.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit as it provides 3 meeting rooms, which can accommodate 600 conference guests or 400 banquet guests. The hotel is located in the Colombo Main City, making it convenient for business activities and accessing the harbor. The featured amenities like the business center, express check-in, and express check-out were useful during my stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or a business lounge where I could work efficiently and hold meetings with clients.

It was very conveniently located close to Colombo International Airport and was good to stay as we had an early morning flight to catch. It has 24 h room service so that we could have our breakfast early, too.

Staff was friendly, but not very professional. The Extra bed was not ready upon arrival though they had confirmed, I ordered breakfast for 3 and they sent only for 2 and I had to remind them to collect our bags from the room. All was solved within 15 minutes, but bit annoying still.

Mr Umesh cheked in on the 4th feb. nt at abt 11.30 pm and he requested to extend his stay till 8.oo p.m the following day.paying half rate for the few hrs extra from the check out time from 12.oo p.m. the reception staff first said it was possible and at 5.oo p.m he was informed that he has to pay full rate for another nt for the extra hrs.this is his 2nd visit to this hotel within 20 days and he would have become a regular visitor at that hotel. But the staff changed their word at the last hour.very disapointing. will never come to that hotel again nor will we recommend Ramada to anybody. Thank you

No Wifi available in rooms. Breakfast buffet not very good. Basic facilites, depressing decor.

The room was comfortable, and the bathroom, with a nice, big tub, and strong shower, was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful overall. The pool was great. The location was conveniently near the friends I was visiting.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.

I needed internet access to check in my flight online however the receptionist told me that I would have to buy an hours worth of internet access. I didnt feel this was fair as I only needed internet access for a couple of minutes. I feel the hotel should have the option for guests to access the internet for shorter periods of time.

Location is good for us near airport. food was poor.
